Truck Delivery Items
Truck items are delivered by truck delivery service, as indicated in the "Shipping Information" section on the product detail page. You are responsible for removing the items off the back of the truck to your home.
Truck deliveries are made Monday through Friday, 8 am - 5 pm. A delivery agent will call you to schedule your delivery. A responsible party, over 18 years of age, must be present to take delivery and sign for the shipment.
Rural delivery is available; however we are only able to deliver to properties with a physical address.
For Truck deliveries, the carrier will require that you sign for the merchandise. Before you sign, it is very important to inspect the delivery carton for visible damage. If the carton has visible damage or there is any reason you are concerned with the packaging or product condition, you will need to write "product damaged" on the face of the delivery receipt. Customers who sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged. Contact Olume within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. See the Damaged Merchandise section in Customer Support on the Olume website for further details.
Delivery timing
For parcel shipments, the time listed on the product page is the time for our Brand partner to ship the item after order receipt. The transit time for parcel items will include up to 7 days beyond this date.
For truck shipments, the time listed on the product page is the time for our Brand partner to ship the item after order receipt. The transit time for truck items will include up to 2 weeks beyond this date. Truck shipments will be designated with a truck message on the product detail page.
Olume.com offers products on a "FINAL SALE" basis and others on a return allowed basis.
Products offered on a "FINAL SALE" basis are not eligible for return. These items will be noted on the product page.
For items that can be returned, Olume.com offers a no-hassle return policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it and Olume.com will promptly refund the cost of your merchandise against the original payment method used on your order (excluding the original shipping cost to deliver the package). Simply follow the instructions below:
- Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
- All return items must arrive back to Olume.com in resalable condition. Products must be new, unused, unaltered and uninstalled (with no cut or clipped wires, or contact with water.) The items must arrive with the original packaging and accessories. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
- Items sold in Multiple Quantities must be returned in the minimum multiple quantity they were sold in.
- Contact Olume.com (Customer Service or toll free at 1-877-723-5522 ) during Customer Support hours for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
- Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
- Write your Return Authorization Number on a blank piece of paper and securely tape it to the outside of the package to be returned.
- Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to Olume.com. If the return is due to an Olume.com error, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact Olume.com Customer Service during Customer Support hours for return authorization and instructions.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless item is defective or damaged.
- You will be credited for your return based on the original method of payment. Inspection of the item may be required before your credit (and any Olume Referral Credits that apply) is processed.

Olume.com does not charge restocking fees for items that fit within our return policy guidelines. To ensure you do not get charged a restocking fee make sure your item is in new condition and in the original box, that you are still within the 30 day return window and that you have a return authorization number provided by Olume.com.
Regardless of where your package was shipped from, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.
Handle all returns delicately! Please allow two weeks for your return to be processed.
*Due to the nature of some types of orders, the standard return policy will not apply. Please review the product details to ensure that the item can be returned. Products offered on a "FINAL SALE" basis are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
Purchases are not exchangeable. Products offered on Olume.com are offered at the price listed for a limited time. We cannot exchange an item if you dislike it or if the item arrives damaged. You may return an item which arrives damaged or due to buyer's remorse per the paragraph about returns.

Cancellations
Due to the short leadtimes and expedited nature of shipments through Olume.com, you may not cancel your order. Exchanges are not available. Please do not refuse the shipment as this will result in restocking fees being assessed to you. Please contact Customer Support for return instructions.

Damaged Merchandise
If you receive damaged merchandise, your participation is needed to ensure that we can assist you. Be sure to contact Olume.com within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Be prepared to provide a photo of the damaged product if requested by our customer service team. Please keep all packing materials. Olume.com will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.
